According to Shri Murari Lal Aggrawal, Coordinator, Organising Committee, this event will be a culmination of a lavish inaugural exhibition and various cultural programmes with the participation of some of the most senior artists from the remotest corners of tribal inhabitation in the form of music and drama performances along with an interaction with them to share their experiences.

The plan of Vanvasi Raksha Parivar was made seven years back as an echo of the age old Hindu philosophy of protecting the Vanvasis (Tribals). As an implementation of this plan, twenty thousand families of Delhi were made socially aware of the message of protecting the Vanvasis, out of whom 2500 families were inspired to join the movement of developing and protecting the Vanvasis. In order to magnify this ideal, Vanvasi Raksha Parivar Kumbha 2014 is being organised.

The aim of this year’s event is committed to spreading the message of the Vanvasis to one lakh prosperous families and motivate at least 5000 families to dedicate themselves to the tribal villages and strive for the latter’s development.
